LASEPA COMPLIANCE TRAINING WORKSHOP

Good day sir,
I would love to Commend your team, especially Mr Suleman Ayinla, on his relentless work ethics and efforts.
Him and his team were instrumental to restoring sanity to our neighborhood with regards to a church on Kobiti street i had brought to your attention last year.
This is also to appreciate your leadership, it speaks volume of your subordinates. The fact that at no point was a bribe or gift requested before they carried out their responsibilities and also delivered was highly impressive and uncommon in a lot of agencies. It is a good indication that we can still have trust in our institutions and society at large.
I hope others would emulate Mr Ayinla, and LASEPA in general.
We are experiencing a better stay at our residence now and would continue to monitor any regressive development.
Thank you so much and God bless.

Good day to you,

l am writing to formally commend Mrs. Motunrayo Balogun, Kosofe Zonal Director, for the outstanding level of professionalism, consistency, and commitment she demonstrates in carrying out her duties on behalf of LASEPA.
Over an extended period (since July 2024 all the way till yesterday, February 17th), I have had cause to engage your agency regarding recurring environmental concerns involving a next-door church and their mechanical workshop tenants. These issues ranged from improper sanitation practices and environmental misuse to smoke and noise pollution. On each occasion of complaint, Mrs. Balogun responded promptly and handled the situation with seriousness, professionalism, and a clear sense of responsibility. She ensured that appropriate corrective measures were put in place, including enforcing proper sanitation arrangements. She also resolved the smoke pollution, which was quite hazardous to my family’s health and addressed the noise-related concerns.
What, however distinguishes her is not just her ability to resolve issues, but her commitment to sustaining those resolutions. She carried out follow-up visits to ensure compliance and, where there was any return to previous practices, she intervened again firmly and effectively. It is evident that she is not merely performing assigned duties but is genuinely committed to upholding environmental standards and delivering on the mandate of the Agency.
To be very honest, this kind of commitment is not something we see every day, especially in public service. Officers like Mrs. Balogun strongly help to rebuild public trust in Nigeria’s government parastatals. As a resident taxpayer in Lagos State, interacting with Mrs. Balogun has given me a sense of confidence, pride and relief in the work your agency is doing. She is a strong representative of what public service should be, that is why I felt compelled to give her this formal recognition. This level of commitment reflects the kind of capacity that can be trusted with broader responsibilities.
Mrs. Balogun is, without doubt, a strong asset to LASEPA and a worthy representative of the standards the Agency seeks to uphold. I trust that this feedback will be useful in recognizing the value she brings to the Agency and to the State.
Thank you for your time and leadership in supporting and cultivating this level of professionalism.
Yours faithfully,

-lveren Ityoikaa
